Woodland Adult Education is accredited by the Western Association of Schools and Colleges (WASC). All teachers in classes supported by state apportionment have a valid California Teaching Credential. Personal enrichment classes are supported solely by the fee charged to students and do not require a credentialed teacher.
Any person 18 years of age or older may enroll in adult classes. Classes are open to anyone without regard to race, color, gender, religion, ancestry, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, physical handicap, political affiliation or belief. Persons under the age of 18 may be eligible in certain circumstances; permission to enroll may be obtained following an interview with the Principal. All High School Diploma, GED® and Skills Review students must attend High School Orientation and meet with an advisor before starting class.
